The Customer Vault is a secure storage database where you can store sensitive billing information, both Credit Card and Bank Account information, that can be referenced by a “token”, what we call a Customer Vault ID. This Vault ID can be stored safely in an “unsecured” environment, like a website with no SSL, or a desktop computer without the risk of exposing sensitive information.
AUTOMATIC CARD UPDATER
Ensure uninterrupted payments by seamlessly updating card-on-file account information.
This service allows for updating client credit cards saved in recurring subscriptions as well as in the Customer Vault. It ensures that you always have up-to-date details for credit and debit cards on file by periodically checking them for updates with the card networks. It happens completely behind the scenes, works for any card/processor combination and provides you with a detailed report for every batch update.
